Mary Caroline
(Heath) Walker
lives in her native hometown in Charleston, SC, with her husband Joel
and their four boys. She met her husband while attending
Clemson University where she graduated with a degree in
business.
Before becoming a stay-at-home mom, Mary Caroline enjoyed a successful
career as a manager of a Fortune 500 women's apparel company.
After becoming a mother, Mary Caroline quickly discovered that even
though there were plenty of good books about pregnancy and dealing with
 newborns,
there wasn’t much out there helping moms learn to manage
their new life with children. Over the course of raising her four boys,
she tried
to tweak every system and routine she established in an effort to
become more
organized and efficient. Mary Caroline and Joel's oldest child was just
5 and 1/2
years old when their fourth son was born. This caused friends and
acquaintances to
frequently ask how she could keep up with her children, remain
organized, maintain an
orderly home, yet still find time for herself. This made Mary Caroline
realize
that there were other moms out there that had a quest to create order
in their
lives and find a healthy balance between self and their role as a
mother.
